About Us: Meltndrip is a premium anti-tarnish jewellery brand. Our jewellery is made with 316L Stainless Steel and AAA Cubic Zirconia. "We", "Us" refers to Meltndrip, "You" refers to Customer.
Eligibility: You must be 18+ years old to order. All details provided (Name, Address, Phone +91 8493892915) must be accurate.
Product Information: We try to show exact amazing colors, but actual color may vary slightly due to lighting and screen. All dimensions are approximate. We are fashion jewellery, not fine gold.
Pricing: All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST. Prices can change anytime without notice. At checkout, shipping charges will be added if applicable.
Intellectual Property: All logo, photos, videos, content on meltndrip.in and Instagram @_meltndrip belong to Meltndrip. Copying is strictly prohibited.
As per our policy, We accept UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets via Razorpay / Cashfree and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Prepaid Orders: Order is confirmed only after payment is received.
COD Orders: COD has Rs. 99 extra handling charge. We verify all COD orders via WhatsApp Call on +91 8493892915. We reserve the right to cancel COD for pin codes not serviceable or for orders above Rs. 2500.
If we suspect fraud, we can cancel any order. If we cancel, full refund is initiated in 3-5 working days.
-> Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 working hours (Mon-Sat).
-> Delivery Time: 3-7 days for metros, 5-10 days for remote areas.
-> Shipping Charges: FREE shipping on prepaid orders above Rs. 999. Rs. 79 for orders below Rs. 999. Rs. 99 for COD orders.
-> Tracking: Tracking link is sent on WhatsApp +91 8493892915 and Email once shipped.
-> If courier attempts delivery 2-3 times and you are unavailable, order will be returned to us. Re-shipping will have extra charges.
This is the most important part.
* A) 7-Day Exchange - When is it allowed? We offer 7-day exchange ONLY for : Manufacturing / Defect/ Wrong/ Product Received Damaged in Transit
-> For Exchange, Unboxing Video is MANDATORY. You must make a full video from opening courier bag to opening Meltndrip box and share within 24 hours of delivery on +91 8493892915. Without video, exchange will not be possible.
* B) Condition for Exchange: Product must be unused, unworn, in original Meltndrip box, pouch and tags intact.
* C) Refund Process: If exchange is not possible, we will issue refund as Store Credit or to original source. Prepaid refunds take 7-10 working days. COD order refunds are via Bank Transfer / Store Credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
This is also the most important part.
You can cancel your order ONLY if it is not shipped. Once order status is "Shipped", it cannot be cancelled. For cancellation, WhatsApp us immediately at +91 8493892915. Refund for cancelled prepaid order will be done in 3-5 days.
